8 MORE DAYS!! OMGOMGOMG I'M SUPERDUPER SHIVERING WITH EXCITEMENT :D
monday
had an OG dinner. it was a rather adhoc decision. on bbq night at the camp, we were trying to get people to go to allure but nobody wanted to go so we decided to have a dinner. and we just "ok monday free?" nobody objected. so we decided to have dinner on monday. and we decided on the place very quickly at city hall cos it's the centre. and then we decided on jap so we wanted to go to azabu sabo. BUT THE PLACE IS CLOSED! so we headed to another jap place. we went to waraku instead. we got the biggest room and no shoes allowed. i thought we had to sit crossed-legged but there's like a hole under the table. those cheater try to be traditional but comfortable type you know? so we ate and talked. but biggest it was a long table with like 21 people, we just talked in small groups and the place was damn noisy. played polar bear and william is a very good story teller with very interesting descriptions. haha. we sat till the place was closing and headed to durty zelly's for drinks. talked a bit more and headed home. you know what's the most remarkable thing? THE ENTIRE OG WENT! OMG FULL STRENGTH. WE ROCK TTM :D

tuesday
hahahhahahah joke joke. had dhsya(uk) orientation. dunmanians love to pangseh. we were supposed to have more people. but in the end like... ah i dun want to say. you look at the picture yourself. so we kinda changed the whole thing. was supposed to have a food trail and like games like oh so orientationish. but in the end we went to old airport road
to makan. then we headed to plaza sing to shop at daiso for like vacuum packs, files and dunno what. then we went to playnation to play games. the games are sooooooooo lame. but i think its a pretty good deal like pay $5 for 4hours of fun and lameness. i change my mind about paying to play games. haha. we ordered finger food all the unhealthy deep fried stuff. haha. after that we went for dinner at nihon mura then we went to frolick. ok la ha? still food trail. hahahaha. but it was a rather cosy orientation. nuhbad. lol. the only thing that went according to plan was taking picture with kongzi. that will be the tradition. following batches will have to do that too. haha.

wednesday
went to get my vaccinations. exciting morning. called tantockseng to check the stock. left house and decided to take 518 (direct bus) because i prefer buses to mrts. bloody hell started to rain so heavily i couldnt leave the bus stop even though i see tts in front of me. the rain was getting heavier and heavier so i hailed a cab. got my back entirely wet just by getting up the cab. starting fare $2.80. end fare also $2.80 -.- ouch pain pain. and i went in and out of tts in 15mins. damn fast. love it. went in,register,nurse brought me in, inject,pay,leave. the nurse is damn good. she just told me to breathe in and out and concentrate on my breathing and tada! 2 needles went into me already. best part was after i told her she was good she said "ok, now is the painful part!" i was daaaaaaamn shock i was like "HUH?!" then she said "you have to go and pay :)" -.- cute nurse. but seriously, she's good. haha.
was supposed to meet lorraine from visitBritain about the visitor of britain thing but i was too early. so i went popular to buy stuff then to national library to read and then fell asleep. haha. the visitor of britain thing is like a 2 month campaign in october and november. we have to blog at least once a week. and that's it. i get a britrail flexi pass where i can travel for 4 days in 2 months. im gng to aberdeen to find kim during my reading week! super excited :D ok that's the best part :D there's also a british heritage pass, a flip camcorder and lonely planet didn't give us britain travel guides. we got one about singapore -.- OOHH!!! and i'm also go to go on a day trip to see the castle used as hogwarts :D weehee! oh and there will be like a winner at the end of the campaign and the winner gets an apple ipad. oooh. ok i dun really care cos i think the whole travelling thing is like damn good a prize itself and im not a very techy person. but still... GET PEOPLE TO COME READ MY BLOG OK? :D

after the meeting went to plaza sing to meet my parents. had dinner and then walked around and headed to cathay to watch cats and dogs. it's my father's company movie screening. the movie is so lame and stupid. but the bird and the mouse quite cute. totally not recommended if you need an intellectual movie. good for kids i suppose. after the movie, we just kept going on about how hugo is actually a secret agent and he's partner with my neighbour's cat. haha.
thursday
allure@zouk. my first time in zouk and 2nd time in a club. really not my kind of thing. had dinner with kim before we find our way down. watched the pageant. so lame. seriously.
the q&a part was -.- the "Thankyou for your question" is so super duper rehearsed. but then again, i think the pageant helped kill time. pageant ended then one of my og mates david brought us into velvet. like vip like that. didn't need to queue or pay or whatever .just walk in and sit down. david bought us 2 jugs of long island and 2 jugs of dunno what. play games loser drink .went out for a bite cos people were feeling woozy then headed back to zouk. then joshua bought us a bottle of sour plum shots. had a few before heading home. i think the event itself was quite boring. there wasnt a high note and like not happening enough. oh keezhiyin was there.

friday
treated my relatives to dinner at my place. I COOKED :D they say yummy ok? so many people had seconds. and they were like next time new year ask me prepare. but a bit expensive cos must fly me home. haha.
but yah, just a simple dinner gathering with my relatives before i fly. glad they enjoyed the food :D worth the effort. ok now so all self-catered people, make friends with me quick :D oh and cos everybody was praising me (ego inflates), my parents wanted credits too. so my father keep saying watermelon he cut one cos they were impressed with the watermelon (but i choose one hahahahah) and my mother keep saying the drinks and gingko with beancurd skin she make one cos everybody say the tongshui very nice. very homey kind of food :D hehheh. and so many people bought cakes. there were like 1 box tunglok mooncakes, 2 boxes homemade mooncakes (damn nice), 1 box yummy chiffon, 1 huge homemade chiffon marble cake, 1 emicakes durian cake (YUUUMMMM), 1 durian lapis. and liqour. red wine, lychee wine, champagne. nobody drunk. haha.

today, i just stayed at home. and shiver with excitement about my scotland trip. haha. tmr shunjie and weiliang coming and there is a dinner at bukit timah omg so far so ulu.
